This describes how chancercasino.biz, an information portal, handles data. It is not the policy of the operator behind Chancer. That operator publishes its own policy, and because verification requires you to hand over identity documents, it is the document worth reading most carefully. The second half of this page sets out the rights attached to those documents.
What this site records
There is no registration here, no login and no user database. We do not ask for a name, an email address or a phone number. What is recorded is anonymous traffic data: which pages opened, for how long, on a phone or a desktop, and from roughly which region. These are aggregate figures, not individual profiles.
Measurement
A single analytics tool is in use, with anonymous cookies, producing aggregate reports rather than personal tracking. Cookies can be disabled in the browser at any time and the site continues to work. If the measurement tool is ever replaced, that will be announced here before the change goes live.
The partner code
Call-to-action buttons carry a partner identifier to the operator's interface. It records that a visitor arrived from here and transmits no personal data. From the moment you cross over, the operator's privacy policy governs.
Data flows and your options here
There are exactly two flows: anonymous statistics to the analytics provider, and a click signal to the operator. Technical logs at the hosting provider exist for security and expire automatically. One boundary matters here. NAIH deals with data protection questions, not with your money. A withheld payout is not a data protection case: there the route runs through the operator's complaints procedure and then the authority that issued the licence, as set out on the complaints page. It is also worth knowing that gambling operators are subject to statutory retention obligations, so transaction records cannot simply be erased on request.
